Terms of Service

Effective date: July 2026

This is a general template and not legal advice; have counsel review before relying on it.

These terms are the agreement between you and Kolaria for the use of kolaria.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use Kolaria for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

Kolaria measures whether AI search engines name your brand and helps you close the gaps where they name a competitor instead. We may add, change, or remove features as the product grows. We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Accounts

You need an account to use most of Kolaria. Give us accurate details, keep your login safe, and let us know right away if someone uses it without your permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use the service.

Acceptable use

When you use Kolaria, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Get into accounts, data, or systems you are not meant to reach.
  • Resell or hand your access to someone else without our written consent.
  • Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Scrape or copy the service in ways that harm it or other users.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel. Prices may change; when they do, we will tell you before the change applies to your plan. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable for periods already started.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or fail to pay.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the domains, questions, and other content you put into Kolaria. You grant us the limited permission we need to run the service for you, such as querying AI search engines with your questions and storing the results. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Kolaria, its software, and its brand belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to our name, logo, or code beyond the use of the service as intended.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kolaria reports what AI search engines say at the time we query them. Those engines change often and their answers are outside our control, so we do not guarantee any specific ranking, mention, or result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kolaria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service and the law change. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top and, where it matters, tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using Kolaria after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
